CALENDER WEEK 49
Hey everyone! I hope you enjoyed the first few days of Christmastime! So who got a present from St. Nicholas today? Don’t worry, if you were naughty, I got some presents for you anyways - with this week’s picks on what to do in Berlin over the weekend! ;)
…no, but seriously, there’s so much great stuff to do at this week again: Enjoy!
Friday, 07.12. “Climate Warriors” movie night @ Babylon
A serious topic tackled in an exiting, upbeat documentary: On the occasion of the climate summit currently held in Katowice, Poland, the Babylon Cinema presents the thrilling documentary “Climate Warriors” at 7:30 pm, co-starring Arnold Schwarzenegger among others. One of our team members was lucky enough to be invited to the premiere a few days ago, and he just goes on and on about the beautiful camera aesthetics, the great music and the amazing stories in this film - so let’s get tickets before it’s sold out!
Saturday 08.12. Coffee @ the House of Literature
The “Café im Literaturhaus” in Charlottenburg close to Kudamm has an excellent breakfast kitchen in a very idyllic environment. It’s a cozy café to kick back and relax. I’ve been there many times, so maybe you’ll like it too?

Saturday 08.12. “A Christmas Carol” @ the Berlin English Repertory Theatre
In case you may have forgotten - it’s Christmastime ;) What better way to slowly get into the holiday spirit than with Ebenezer Scrooge’s "Bah! Humbug!”? The Bert (short for Berlin English Repertory Theatre) premieres its interpretation of Charles Dickens’ classic on stage this weekend.

Sunday, 09.12. Latin American Christmas Market @ Osthafen
Okay, I promise, this is my last Christmas tip (for this week, hehe): The „Mercado Navideño“ is a new Christmas market in Berlin that celebrates Christmas like they do in Latin America.
Sunday, 09.12. Berlin Black Food Festival 2018
I’m pretty excited for this one! Berlin is a city in which the Party-youth of the Electro clubs likes to dress in black, so why not go all black, even with your food? Can’t really tell you what to expect, cause I’ve never been myself, but we’ll see, right?
